Chefzilla to his friends, Ken Baker grew up in Rhinebeck, NY; attended the Culinary Institute of America; hails from Brooklyn, NY (represent!); and made his bones in South Florida, working in some of the most iconic kitchens, including the Four Ambassadors, and Monty’s Bayshore Restaurant, where he served as Executive Chef for many years.
Chef Ken is also a talented guitarist/musician, and humanitarian, donating countless volunteer hours in local food kitchens, and offering consultation to aspiring restaurateurs.
He is the living embodiment of a true chef, driven to feed friends, travelers, and the needy. The act is first; maybe the money comes later.
